Spot-It™ is a proven, practical cognitive behavioral therapy technique (CBT), that can be used in the moment to decrease stress, worry and anxiety. The goal of the Spot-It™ Method is to assist you in cultivating more peace of mind. The 'spots' are the phrases that take us from an insecure or fearful thought to a more balanced or secure thought. These phrases are amazing! Spot-It™ can be used in the moment and takes less than 5 minutes. Spot-It™ can be used by yourself, with a peer, or with a coach. Join a community of beings who wish to make peace of mind their primary goal. Spot-It™ is not about holding onto emotions and pushing them down. It is about acknowledging the way you are feeling and finding a peaceful thought, so you can proceed in your situation from a place of peace and relaxation instead of anger, upset, hurt or fear. I consider Spot-It™ a great pre-requisite or co-study course to go along with the Course in Miracles. It reflects many of the principles in a pragmatic, easy to reach way.
