This video is a recording of the Introductory Spot-It™ webinar- hosted by Surfing Waves of Light and featuring Donna Sand (yoga instructor, Spot-It™ Master & meditation coach). Spot- It™ is a simple, peer to peer, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach using a 4 step method to make peace of mind our primary goal.

Well aside from using this tool on a daily basis for my own mental fitness, I’ve had the great opportunity to teach this to a local company with over 800 people, over the last few months and I’ve had nothing but incredible feedback! AGENDA: we will start with a hx of the method and an example of the method, then I’ll be asking you where you are on the stress and anxiety continuum, and what your sources of stress are, then I will review a few concepts and go over each step of the method in depth.
